2 years and still cancer free

I saw Dr. Berri, the cancer Dr. on Monday May 16.  I also had another cat scan. To my total surprise and delight it only took ONE try to get the IV in. I say surprise because I have crappy veins. I was told while in the hospital for my cancer, that I have surface veins.

This time I had two young men in the CT scan room with me. I told both of them that I think that was the reason it took only one try. They, the men, put the IV's in better than the women. Because last May it took 4 tries. They told me no that wasn't the case.

I am still cancer free ☺ and my kidneys are still going strong. They have to do a few kidney blood tests to make sure your kidneys can flush out the iodine. Dr. Berri almost danced when he told me that the cancer test was very high. Apparently it was higher than he expected it to be.

I then see Dr. Berri again in November, then May 2017.  After that, it's every June beginning 2018 until 2023.  After that, I'm not sure.  They didn't give me a schedule that far in advance.
