I have had Juvenile Onset (type 1) Diabetics since 1965. I switched to the tandem t:slim g4 insulin pump on November 2, 2015. I didn't want to carry a CGM and a pump so I got one that was combined. I had to learn how to count carbohydrates. I have no complications. I do things differently than most diabetics.

CGM trials
We've thinking about getting me a CGM Continuous Glucose Monitoring machine. I went to the site of the one we've decided would be best for me to begin the process. I am royally pissed at the site. It does not have my husbands insurance company listed. When I typed it in, it said it wasn't there. So I left that page and went to add a doctor page. I tried adding my doctor. Nope, it said she wasn't there either. How do people do this on-line if they can't input their doctor or their insurance company? I suspect I'll have to download all the paper work, then have the doctor fax it over to the company and hope the insurance company is on their list, or call them tomorrow to find out what's up. I am not a happy camper.
